Thank you for accepting my invitation. Here's the story. 

I initially came up with the RELOAD & POMI idea back in 2011/2012 as it was still the domino effect from the 2008 downturn for Real Estate. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to devote time to it, as I had to focus on the RE holdings.

To make it short, I'm just an Entrepreneur and would need lots of help to manage a startup. At this point, Contributions from Co-Founders in various areas are welcome. Please don't be shy, if inspired, be lifted up and tell me any advices, especially those that you would like to play a leading role.

    • Needed ASAP, like yesterday

    • Cover all aspects of the Startup​ Organization

    • Working closely with the Project Manager

    • Make cool website systems and must be uncrashable software

    • Systems must be user-friendly, which I was and very in love with it

  • Professionals

    • Affiliated Attorneys & CPAs

      • Make sure that we're in compliant with Governmental Regulations​​​

      • Accountings and Books are transparent

  • Marketings

    • We need Video Illustrations​

    • Make the Commercial clip that was based on the original

  • Sales

    • Build a Network of Brokers for Residential & Commercial​

  • Funds raising via various means

  • A bit about Vien's freedom journey in America

    • Shares ​of Common Stocks

    • The current Par Value is Zero, but together we'll build it up
