  13. RELOAD to present a list of potential Leg-2 "Replacement Properties."

  14. If and when a property was chosen, Seller to sell the Relinquishment.

  15. And BUY the Replacement within 180-day Requirement Rules

  16. RELOAD enables 1031 Exchanger to eliminate the traditional 45-day Requirements

  17. Escrow processes the 1031X transactions per Rules & Regulations
